FEAR

The worst thing in the world that can happen to someone is fear. Fear can and will stop you from fulfilling your dreams, experiencing your life, loving the right person, etc..FEAR STOPS EVERYTHING!  For instance, let's say you are an actor who has to move to L.A. but the man/woman of your dreams is in Spokane, Washington; the FEAR of losing out on love may very well keep you away from the red carpet; you began to think about the move to L.A.. Once you have begun thinking about it, it is all down hill from there.  "It's too hard to make it, everyone out there is an actor, I can't afford it, I'll be too far away from my loved ones, I'll never experience true love again, I'm too old, too fat, too skinny..whatever" My point is losing out on love would be the least of your problems. How about actually making the move to L.A., you go out for an audition and Jack Nicholson happens to be the actor giving the damn audition...now that's fear.  While things are always easier said than done, I suppose it all comes down to strength and how much of it you have. Can you face your fears? In all honesty, I find it difficult to face my fears everyday.  How does one just get up and go?  How does one just walk away from certain things? Perhaps one can admit the fear that they have and use it to his/her advantage. Everyday that you wake up and put off something that would truly make you happy is a form of fear.  As long as you are breathing, nothing can stop you, but you. Fear will have you unable to do anything in life, down to the simplest of things, i.e. go to the gym, tell someone you love them, push your way through a crowd to get your headshot to someone, create something, write something, put on a show, sing, dance, go spilonking, buy a motorcycle, wear a bright yellow dress, anything.  Again, we must face our fears, we must face who we are, we must find ways to cope or wake up one day 50 years old in tears because we didn't even try, because we were full of FEAR!
